Alexandrite Evil Eye Necklace

A color-changing evil eye with a story. This lab-created Russian alexandrite was chosen for its exceptional cut. The designer rarely uses lab-created stones, but she loved this one and even met the cutter who shaped it. Alexandrite shifts color with the light, glowing green to bluish-green in daylight and soft red to purplish-red under incandescent light. It was once thought to bring luck and balance to the wearer. Handmade by Boulder designer Jennifer Newton of Leela Grace.
